Sun Drying is the traditional, centuries old method of drying the cashew shells during processing. Sun drying intensifies the flavour of the cashew nut as well as preserves the nutrients of the nuts. It is time consuming as well as labour intensive…however, it is true to the legacy of Goa cashews we uphold!
Farming done with our growers is traditionally organic. Use of cow manure and leaf manure is used instead of chemical manure. The rich, fertile Red clay soil of Goa provides ideal nutrition to the Cashew trees, to ensure good quality nut harvests year after year.
